Re:HEY Care is the English-language guide library published alongside Re:HEY, an everyday pet care app. It covers the practical layer of living with an animal — setup, timing, habit — and it stops where veterinary judgement begins.
Who publishes this
Re:HEY and Re:HEY Care are operated by GENSIGHT, a corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of Korea (Business Registration No. 522-81-03675), registered at Unit 401-B132, 24, Gosanhu-ro 95beon-gil, Geomdan-gu, Incheon, Republic of Korea. Representative Director: Junha Shin.
The same company operates the Re:HEY app and the legal pages at hellorehey.com. The terms, privacy policy and affiliate disclosure that govern this site are the ones published there.
What we publish
Guides about daily care: where an animal drinks and eats, how a coat is maintained, what a carrier or a litter tray needs to be before it works, how an enclosure is kept. They are written for dogs, cats, rabbits, small mammals, birds, fish and reptiles, in English, for readers at home.
How they are written
Every recommendation is anchored to something observable. If a guide tells you to change something, it tells you what you should be able to watch change afterwards, because that is the part a reader can actually verify.
Where the honest answer depends on a species, a breed or an individual animal, the guide says so rather than averaging across them. Averages are how a general article ends up wrong about the specific animal reading it.
Guides that would require clinical figures to be useful — enclosure temperatures, dosing, water chemistry targets — deliberately do not carry those figures. Publishing a number that a reader would set equipment by is a clinical act, and it is not one this site is qualified to perform. Those guides say plainly what they are withholding and where to get it.
What we do not do
- We do not diagnose, treat, triage, or estimate how urgent a situation is.
- We do not describe this content as veterinarian-reviewed. If that ever changes, the page will say who reviewed it and when.
- We do not place product links in guidance about illness, symptoms or emergencies.
- We do not run analytics, advertising, or third-party scripts on this site.
